A view from museum grounds
At the Alexander Graham Bell Museum in Baddeck, N.S. Generally speaking, I'd have to say that most of the pix taken with the PowerShot A430 (4 megapixels) are of better quality than those produced by the later 12-megapixel Samsung point-and-shoot which I 'inherited' late in 2011. Knowing very little about the technical side of cameras and photography, I'm inclined to attribute this phenomenon to a slightly(?) superior lens in the Canon product.
