simple sunday

simple outfit today of a black thermal knit dress black tights and barely overknee (on me) lace up boots i liked these but historically they’ve never been that easy to get on or off and through the natural course of gravitating to other pairs more often these ended up sitting in their box for years but i wanted to wear them with this dress today and thankfully they were easily accessible and went on fairly easily but i could feel their material breaking down at my fingertips which is sad because these were generally good boots i have tied the laces since this photo but i haven’t laced up my hooks so they’ll be more comfortable at the backs of my knees while i’m seated. i’m not sure i’m ready to get rid of them yet despite the obvious damage.
