Bob's BMW

Before this, Bob had some old Saturn coupe, something he bought used. It was kind of a beater. I seem to recall that the license plate frame made some sort of suggestion that the previous owner was originally from the UK. For whatever reason, Bob kept it on the car. He wasn't a Brit - he was originally from Wisconsin.
