Unusual Chevrolet Camaro from 1968

In 1968, seeing a Camaro with an inline 6 cylinder engine was not unusual. But half of a century later, it’s rare to see one in which the engine hasn’t been replaced with a V8.

 

Before the Small Block Chevrolet V8 was introduced for model year 1955, Chevrolets were known to have an inline 6 engine, referred to as a ‘Stovebolt 6.’
