Unusual Sight

Statistically I believe that getting a flat tire on the left front (from the driver’s viewpoint) is unusual. The right rear tire I’ve heard is the most likely. There's a theory that it is related to the crown in the roads (made so that water drains toward the curbs, thus more road debris migrates in that direction, too) and that most hazards on the road lie flat until disturbed by something like a front tire rolling over it, setting it up for the rear tire to get punctured.

I wonder if a statistical survey would bear that out.
