An Indiana Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

I don’t usually post photos of food, but this one merited an exception.

On the way from Auburn, Indiana to Kokomo, we stopped for lunch at The Pour House tavern in Gas City. The young woman who tended bar and cooked suggested that we have a tenderloin sandwich, an Indiana specialty. This is what came to our table! The bun in the middle is a regular-size hamburger bun. Wow! The pork tenderloin was so perfectly breaded and fried, and was a real taste treat!
