Lockdown KKE Arrival.
With the Auckland region in a Covid 19 Level 4 lockdown there have been no flights into or out of KKE. The only way out of Northland is by car if you meet the strict criteria to obtain a pass, then you can pass through the region without stopping.
This photo is a still from the video I shot of the first arrival of a direct flight from Wellington.
Hopefully the demand for direct flights from KKE to WLG is high enough for Air New Zealand to add this route to their normal schedule.
