Turmeric Anthotype

1/4 teaspoon turmeric dissolved in 10 ml alcohol, then filtered. 10 ml of water added. Turmeric solution painted on to 140 lb watercolor paper. Plants placed on paper, covered with glass, and left in the sun for 5 hours. Exposed paper processed in a Tide powder laundry detergent solution (1 teaspoon in 250 ml water and then filtered).
