Quenko, near Cusco, Peru

Qenqo is a unique temple in its construction having been entirely carved out of a gigantic monolith. The dark portion on the left leads to a man made tunnel. It was used for some type of sacrifice to the sun, moon and star gods who were worshiped at the site.
