Negro river meets Amazon
The difference of the colors is not visible in the photo but we could see it, one being dark, almost black and the other muddy. They have given it a catchy name "Meeting of the rivers" and all tours, including the day trips from Manaus take tourists there. The rivers are really wide here,shore is around 2 miles on both sides.
