It didn't turn out like I wanted.
Close inspection is not as detailed as I wanted. I do like the colors, and the pink background. There aren't enough lines separating the same colors, as can be seen near the center of the petals.
The picture shows the sushi (about 5 inches across) ends trimmed, and minorly tightened.
This time I'm going to wrap it in saran wrap, and use a book for even rolling pressure. Although morphing of this sushi can only add to the design. More pictures later.
