step3 - Data entry, stickers and card

Your completed form (with blood pressure and blood type info written on it) is given to the staff.

Here they will data enter it all, while you wait, and generate a sheet of stickers to be placed on your donation records and the actual donation bags later on.

If this is your first visit, you'll get a TRC (Thai Red Cross) donor card too
