This model usually has a smooth plastic button that more closely matches the wheel. It's an interesting and creative solution, especially when you realize that in most cases fixing the horn means bolting a generic pushbutton on the dash and leaving a big hole on the wheel. edit: Here is an example of how it usually goes.
