dip switches don't work yet, cause I was in a hurry, but 7 bits will set number of seconds or minutes in binary and the 8th
will select either minutes or seconds. So the interval can be anywhere from one second, up to 127 minutes. For now I just have a couple of PICs programmed with different intervals, and swap them out.
