Dam strange rendering

DirectX rendering of a stock model. Some reason, parts of the model are being drawn over the top of others, like the front wing and read axil.

 

Also, the bounding box is being rendered over the top of the car. The box is being rendered as lines... so not sure if that would cause the problems.

 

Any ideas any one?
