old photo from 2006 when i bought my first place. she's a real winner isn't she!?

there was no way i could ever clean this place up so we just gutted the whole thing. i say we but it was really my dad mostly. i was a very good assistant though and helped with all the hard labor under his watchful eye. i was also the creative director and he did all his work under my watchful eye. it worked out well.
