Sharp-Shinned Hawk
Hand held, 1/15 sec, ISO 2500, f/2.8, Camera: Canon 7D, Lens: Canon 70-200 f/2.8L IS USM II.
I was coming off the beach to my condo and it was getting pretty dark. I had already turned my camera off and capped it, when I saw this hawk on the rail of the walkway. I didn't think I would get anything good, since it was so dark, but I had just gotten the lens and figured I would test it. Not bad for hand held at 1/15 sec and 2500 ISO on the 7D.
