Sainte-Chapelle (Alternate)

Our visit to Sainte-Chapelle came on the middle of a cloudy day, which gave fairly even light across the chapel. The aura of the purple light coming through the stained-glass windows as was the detail on every beam, simply stunning. Impressive enough to visit in the 21st century, I'm sure it was quite the sight in the 13th, when it was constructed.
