rainy afternoon at Thirroul

Spent a little while on the station at Thirroul, on a damp afternoon in early winter. Thirroul has a small yard and refuge sidings, and is the last location on the NSW south coast line that a coal train can be "put away" before reaching the coal unloading destination of Inner Harbour.

A passenger, formed by an "Oscar" H set, overtakes the coalie. All passenger trains on the line stop at Thirroul.
