1946 Dalcerri Cambio Corsa
1946 Dalcerri, a little known maker. I can't find anything about him on the web, just a town by that name. Nice workmanship similar to Legnano. Original Campy Cambio Corsa gear. Decals reproduced from photos of the badly deteriorated originals. Not bad!
