I was at the park taking random pictures of ducks and whatnot when I noticed an area had been cordoned off around a helicopter with a guard to hold back pedestrian traffic. I asked the guard if this was some kind of practice drill. He explained that a storm earlier in the week had knocked down some power lines and the helicopter was being used to carry the repair crew to the top of the electrical towers to perform repairs.
