Cropped original image. Applied a texture overlay. Black & white conversion. Cut out 2nd image & placed it on top of the original.

 

** Tip ** I made sure to not flatten the layers of the original image so that way when I dragged the 2nd image in, all the color adjustments automatically applied to it (making the 2 images blend as seamlessly as possible). : )
