We had another beautiful day here in Sydney today, so I went for a walk around the neighbourhood. I called in at another neighbour's garden and spotted this bee flying around one of the dahlias. It had so much pollen that I think it was having trouble flying. It was hovering around so long that I managed to get a few photos in flight. The last one didn't really turn out, but it is one of the first photos that I have got of a bee front on. These were taken with my 75-300 mm lens and the 36 mm Kenko extension tube.
