This is the 3 cm nail that I went through the bottom of my foot on New Year's Eve. Finally after four days, I can walk around without much pain. I was worried about tetanus, but I am pretty sure that we had a tetanus shot two years ago before travelling to Africa. I haven't been able to get in touch with our doctor as he is away until Monday.
