morroccan lamb tagine

mmm!

 

sweet potato - in oven for about 45 minutes.

 

fried some onions and garlic together, then added lamb neck fillets and browned. then added some water and a beef stock cube and a tin of chopped tomatoes. added cinnamon, ginger, cumin, coriander, tumeric, salt and pepper, then cooked off extra water on a low heat.
