Rathmichael Cemetery

The base of a ruined Round Tower in Rathmichael, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, County Dublin. The stub of this round tower stands close to the remains of a little medieval church, which dates from the same period, in a quiet graveyerd. Brian Lalor (The Irish round Tower:Origins and architecture explored) puts it at 10th to 1th century. Some early Christian grave slabs can be seen displayed on the wall of the church.
