Sulfur Gas Filter

Cut a piece of polyester batting (or scrap of towel, or whatever you are using) to fully cover the bottom of the container. You will place this on top of the fermentation lock's lid in side the bottom of the container. It keeps charcoal from getting inside your fermentation lock.
