On the fifth day of Geekness

My fan girl gave to me

Five golden rings

Four falling birds

Three henchmen

Two turtle bros'

And a part bridge of Khazad-dûm

Five ring bearers from The Lord Of The Rings.

 

I was wondering, what if Frodo and Sam went the way of Gollum

and succumbed to the Evil 'Fluence of the One RIng? And if Galdriel also 'went over to the Dark Side" and became Sauron's Queen....

 

What a 'family' portrait that would be!

 

Galadriel, Sauron, Frodo and Sam are all action figures but the Gollum is the cold cast figurine that came with one of the DVD boxed sets.

 

I had rather more of a play with this in Photoshop than I intended to with difference clouds, feathering, image resizing, diffuse glows, lens flares and other filters. No worries, she'll be right!

 

P.S. Yes, Foul Frodo has removed the batteries from Sting the Goblin Detecting Sword...otherwise it would never stop glowing!
