IRON ZOMBIE - TAKING THE UNDEAD AIR ON THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT
(BEST VIEWED WITH THE LEVELS HIGH)
"You're listening to 3 Triple Grrrr-Arrggggggh F.M....."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I was interviewing a sculptor from Pixar and, as usual, had brought in something personal to 'break the ice' and set the interviewee at ease to create a more relaxed and chatty atmosphere. In this case it was my newly finished Iron Zombie sculpture. After the interview, since I was in the studio anyway, I snapped a couple of shots....
I've just noticed that this picture is one of a few that I've got showing the experimental cracked uni-beam on the breastplate. I tried it out for a bit to see what it looked like before scraping it clean and repainting the chest-beam emitter without damage. I found that there was more than enough 'ewwww' factor inherent in the natural Zombieness of the beastie as well as the damage inflicted by the Silver Surfer's cosmic power before Iron Zom and the other Undead Avengers ate the poor bloke.
It's not the first time Zombies have helmed a console at Triple R, of course, as is recorded elsewhere in my photostream....
