R E C I P E

3 lt fresh whole milk

1 kg sugar

1 whole vanilla bean

in a pot pour milk adding sugar and vanilla bean paste, leave cooking for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours and do not forget to mix regularly especially in the last 1/2 hour

pour the caramelized milk cream in sterilized vases and keep refrigerated
