First Poster Discussion BADGE in Online Class

I added a "first prize" badge to my online class for "first posters" in discussions (you can only win one per module) and it increased not only the timeliness of discussion posts but the number of posts for the total discussion. It does NOT affect their grade, bragging rights only.
