"Messy" ATC Swap

It was up to the swapper to interpret the theme " messy". I started with wrinkled tissue paper glued to my card. Then used acrylic paint over the tissue. Some Pearlex powder added some shimmer. Acrylic paint and Sharpie marker were used to make the figure of a girl. The messy look of the background and her messy hair are how I used the theme.
