Lizzie's Birthday Skirt

Lizzie declared this skirt perfect for dancing. She's been wandering all over the house in search of her shadow and music. When she finds her shadow, she dances and watches her skirt wriggle.

 

Also, that gathered pocket holds quite a bit.
