Hoy en día, el día 28 de abril, marca el día del hallazgo de la milagrosa imagen del Señor Santo Niño Jesús de Cebú.
Además, este día, el dia 28 de abril 2010, marca el primer aniversario de la solemne bendición otorgada por el Nuncio Apostólico en Filipinas, el Arzobispo Edward Joseph Adams, D.D., en mi réplica de la imagen del Señor Santo Niño de Cebú. La bendición solemne tuvo lugar en la Catedral Metropolitana de Cebú pasado 28 de abril 2009, con ocasión de las ceremonias de apertura de la Celebración del Jubileo de Cebú como Arquidiócesis.
(Today, the 28th of April, marks the day the discovery of a miraculous image of God the Holy Child Jesus of Cebu.
Also, this day, the 28th day of April 2010, marks the first anniversary of the solemn blessing bestowed by the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Archbishop Edward Joseph Adams, D.D., upon my replica image of the Holy Child of Cebu. The solemn blessing took place inside the Metropolitan Cathedral of Cebu last April 28 2009, on the ocassion of the opening ceremonies of the Jubilee Celebration of Cebu as an Archdiocese.)
