Tiffany Quilt
I love this pattern by Red Pepper Quilts! Rita's quilts are always a huge inspiration to me and when she posted this pattern I jumped all over it. She features it with scraps and I initially sewed one up with my scraps. That has been set aside because in the middle of sewing up my scraps with this pattern I thought, this would be so cute sewn up in my favorite fabric. So off I ran to get out my KJR (at about 11:30 at night) and I cut this one up and sewed it all together. I wanted a larger size then Rita initially made the pattern for so I knocked up the measurements on the pieces a little and got this full size quilt out of it. Same number of blocks, just larger cuts. And I am so apologizing for the horrible photo. We have had insane rain for about a month here in northern california. My backyard grew to a jungle and just yesterday I had a gardener come in and cut the grass for me. My mower wouldn't even push through it. Anyway, he doesn't do weed control so I need to spend this weekend working on that. And the sun is finally shining today, that's what I'm blaming my early morning brightness on!
