A man attends to the final remains of a pyre as the sun sets on the cremation site at the Siewdass Sadhu's Temple in The Sea in the village of Waterloo. The Hindu cremation practice of Antyesti, which translated from Sanskrit means "last sacrifice", has its roots in the Vedas. This last rite of passage returns the body to the five elements and its origin.
