Three days ago, my PS3 received the Yellow Light of Death. Devastated, I called Sony about it and they gave me a pricing for fixing it. While considering sending it to Sony, I went on the internet and did two Google searches at the same time. One was pricing a new PS3, the other was for PS3 repair places near New Haven, CT. Somehow, by fate I suppose, I ended up on this website right here. I saw that it was cheaper and more convenient for me, so I dropped my PS3 off two days ago, and received it just yesterday. I powered it on, and began playing like normal, and it is much quieter now than it has ever been. I cannot thank Greg enough, for he has done a better job than Sony ever would have!

Thank you Greg for getting my PS3 back up and running. I had the yellow light on it and it wouldn't play games or even come on. I brought it down to your facility and you called me the next day and said it was ready. I took it home and was able to go online and play like nothing happened. And its quieter for some reason. On 9/23/2011, I brought in my bricked 360. Its 9/25/2011 and my son is playing Saints Row 2 and you are his new hero. Fast, professional and the right price quoted by you over the phone. Just a quick mail to say thanks for fixing my ps3 with the YLOD!
great service and a great price, it made the trip from Springfield worthwhile.
ps3 runs great, now i must remember to backup every couple of weeks,a 320gb drive can hold a lot of stuff!!

After receiving an expensive run around by Sony, I found your repair center. Thank you Greg for your fast reliable service. You are faster and cheaper and may i say more professional than Sony.

I travel all around the country, cleaning up after disasters with my PS3 and while in CT, I got the Yellow Light of Death. Greg met me off of the Interstate and within 24 hours, I was able to pick up my PS3 on my lunch and continue playing BFBC3 in the evenings! Thanks a million!~

Greg, I must say that you know your stuff. I had a bricked WII console that I thought was trashed and a cracked screen on my sons older model PSP. I looked all over to find someone that can unbrick my WII for a nominal fee and fix the screen on the PSP. I found your site and talked to you on the phone a few times and I was convinced that I had to use you. I'm glad I did, because you did what you said and both things work again and I'm happy and my son is happy. I can't believe that you were the only person that I found in Connecticut to unbrick my WII. You have a special gift. thank you very much Greg.

This is funny because when I went to your site two weeks ago, I didn't see anything on there about fixing Ipods and cell phones, but I called you and you told me that you fixed these also. I sent in those two things to get repaired and you fixed them in two days. My Ipod wouldn't turn on and my HTC phone, the screen was cracked. I said its funny because, what don't you know how to fix? I liked how we spoke first and you weren't trying to charge me for all of the questions that i had. We spoke about 4 or 5 times before I sent you the Ipod and phone, and you treated me each time like it was the first time we spoke. Keep up the great customer service Greg!
