Now drug-free, Alissa is employed as a social worker and gives back to the community. Austin rides his bike in the neighborhood. They are able to care for a pet, Princess the Red Slider turtle. The community they call home is an A Community of Friends development. Services are provided by San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center.
