Trek 1000 with my mods on it:

 

New Specialized Avatar seat

Gatorskin tires

Ritchey pro handlebars

Shimano SPD pedals

Replacement left crank

Reversed stem

Dropped handlebars by removing spacers and taking a hacksaw to it

 

Much better!
