Vintage modern dining room: Art Deco burl wood table + Gio Ponti console, from Met Home

The deliciously enviable dining room of Raji Radhakrishnan, a self-taught Washington D.C.-based designer. The art deco dining table and chairs (from an estate sale) are amboyna wood, a Southeast Asian burl. She found the Gio Ponti console table on maisonettoi.com; it holds Claes Oldenburg’s “Geometric Mouse." The midcentury painting is by Tom Hayward. The setees are vintage. She found the chandelier, candlestick and vase (on console) on maisonettoi.com. The curtain fabric is by Jim Thompson and the rug is from J. Asher Carpets.
