Adelaide. Everard Park. Art Deco flats built in 1939. Painted render walls, rounded winows, cantilevered balcony shade, steel ocean liner steel railing.

Beverley Apartments on Anzac Highway Everard Park were built in 1939 for Mrs Lousia Worthly. They are a good example of two storey residential Art Deco building. The residence is cement rendered and painted in a pastel colour with a terracotta trim and cantilevered sun hoods over the windows. The ground floor windows are curved with steel framework. The roof is terracotta tiles but it has an unusual half hipped roof line over the front gable. This was a feature of 1920s bungalows. Chimneys are topped with terracotta pots. Two doors west is another Art Deco residential complex.
