Delphic Hymns to Apollo
Athenian Treasury: Hymns to Apollo 138BCE, 128BCE
Delphi Museum, Greece
It doesn't look like much, but this is a rare find: a wall inscribed with two hymns to Apollo, including the musical notes written above the lines in smaller Greek letters. The meter of the poetry tells us the rhythm, so scholars have been able to reconstruct this piece fairly well. A sound sample is available in the Wikipedia Article on the Delphic Hymns.
