Bike tour 7/19
Patrick took this picture of his wife Jalet and I right after I discovered we were in high school together. This was my second and final night at Spoken' Hostel and I'd already said my thanks and goodnight before early departure the next morning. I checked Facebook posts right before turning in and my friend Ryan - who had been following my posts and who i knew from way way way back in late 70's/early 80's asked if I remembered his sister Jalet from high school. I was dumbfounded, got out of bed and went downstairs to tell her a funny old story about her brother Ryan aka Riot, who showed up at Ecola Bible School with a mohawk. She just looked at me with her mouth open, then laughed. "Barlow Class of 78" I said. "Class of 80" she replied. It Is Truly A Small World.
