Abbey Ceiling

Taken on a visit to Buckfast Abbey, this detailled brickwork shows the skillful craftmanship of the builders. The monks of La Pierre-Qui-Vire were driven from their homeland in France and re-established monastic life beside the River Dart at Buckfast in 1882.
