Southern Arizona: Saguaro Cactus Companions

Two unique Saguaro cacti that have seemingly merged arms. The left one was decapitated long ago and has grown new arms around the stump; the right one has long, drooping, damaged arms. I always get the (anthropomorphized) impression they’re supporting one another. Taken January, 2017 in Arizona's Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument
