Sweet Steaming Fish Pots (375 calories)

100g plaice fillet, roughly chopped

100g raw peeled King prawns, roughly chopped

150g baked sweet potato, cooled & roughly chopped

11g fresh red chilli, finely chopped

50g pak choi

1/4 tsp ground cumin

Sea salt

Coarse ground black pepper

 

Combine all the ingredients except the pak choi and mix well.

Put a pak choi leaf in each of 2 ramekin dishes and then fill with the fish & potato mixture.

Place in a pan of boiling water (about 1 1/2 deep)a and steam, covered, for 10 minutes.

Add the pak choi and steam for a further minute.

 

Be careful when turning them out of the moulds as liquid will escape.

 

Serve and enjoy.
