'Harnessing the Giant Squids' was completed in Spring 2011, by the renowned Sheffield artist Phlegm. Can't understand why the big art galleries like The Graves and Millenium don't sell off most of the crap on show, whitewash their walls and let the street artists loose - then they'd have something worth looking at.
