Letty Primrose here with some information about smoothies!
If you Softies are too lazy to chew your food you can whoosh it up and drink it instead! Perfect way to eat/drink for the hot weather.
Hej put banana, watermelon, blueberries, raspberries, protein powder, ground flaxseed, plain yoghurt and almond milk into her smoothie.
She said she choked a bit on the raspberry seeds so maybe they are not the best fruit for a smoothie.
But it was a pretty colour and full of nutrients (things Softies need because they are not made of perfect, pure and pristine plastic!)
I am wearing a cute little sundress made by Fee and bare feet because I can.
