morning hawks (or is 5:00 still night?)

South San Francisco, 5:00 am. I think it was 5:00, anyway. There's something kind of lonely about this scene, but not necessarily in a sad way. It also makes me think of a scene from The Killers, or something out of my favorite "Radio Noir" shows, Night Beat and Broadway Is My Beat, both of which can be heard here: www.otr.net.
