The Durian Float
This fruit is the king of all fruits and grown most of the places in Davao Region, Philippines. Once the flesh has been eaten, this is how the durian skin looks like. The word "durian" is from the Malay word "duri" meaning "thorns", a rather apt description of the fruit's skin or outer husk. This float is covered with durian skin and below are corn husks, banana fruit and durian fruit. At the back are the bio and non biodegradable wastes making them to the top as the champion of float competition.
